So, I heard they're going to try to make a Shadow of the Colossus movie... I am sad and I fear for the state of humanity now that every minorly well-selling video game is being made into a movie.... I mean, I loved the game and all, but it's simple and wouldn't make a good movie at all. They'd have to jazz it up some how, and any amount of jazzing they could do to Shadow of the Colossus would make it decidedly non-Shadow-of-the-Colossus-like.

I'm surprised (but eternally grateful) that they haven't made a Zelda movie yet... the Zelda TV Show was probably a lesson well-learned, I suppose. "Well Excuuuuuuuuuuuuse Me, Princess!" *Cackles* I still love the CDI games. They're hilariously bad, and the cut-scenes play out like the animators were on acid when they drew them. "So, why is there a guy on a magic carpet who apparently knows everything about Ganon's plot to make... angry faces on the planet visible only from the sky?" "I unno. Dude, I told you, I was high as a kite... or a magic carpet. You're going to have to work it into the plot somehow, I'm totally baked right now."

Anyway, more DSL commish's coming soon. I hope to be done with all of the line arts and most of the coloring before the end of April, which is starting to look like a real possibility. I'm getting the hang of doing the line arts quickly. Even my ones with backgrounds are starting to look less forced. Yay for practice!
